How to order
Below is a brief summary of the order process. We recommend you to read out Terms and Conditions carefully for full details before placing an order.
1. Add to cart
Search or browse the website to find the desired item. Click on the “add to basket” symbol to place the item in your virtual shopping cart. Items that are in-stock, out of stock or available on backorder will be labelled appropriately.
2. Review shopping cart
Please review your order items and quantity in the “View Basket” by clicking the shopping basket symbol located on the upper right corner of the screen. You can remove the item or change the item quantity. If you would like to add more items repeat step 1. Once confirmed, please click “Proceed to checkout”.
3. Create an account
First time shoppers have the choice to create a new account by filling in the required information or to continue as a guest. Please skip this step if you are already logged in.
4. Billing Address, Shipping information and E-mail
For guest users, please fill in your Billing Address, preferred Shipping Address and E-mail. If you are logged in to your account the website will save your billing, shipping details and e-mail. Please make sure all details are correct to avoid delays or cancellations of your order.
5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card via the online payment service Stripe or PayPal. No other payment methods are accepted.
6. Complete your order
Please review your order details, including order items, item quantity, Billing Address, E-mail and Shipping Information. Once confirmed please click “Proceed to PayPal” or “Place Order” to make the payment and complete your purchase.
7. Confirmation email
An automatic email will be sent to your register email address with you order details.
In-stock items, Backorders and Pre-Orders
The inventory status of all items will be listed on the product page.
Please check the item’s status orders. Orders that include backorders will be sent once all items are available. For more details please see Article 5. In-stock Goods, Backorder Goods and Pre-Orders on our Terms and Conditions for details.
Retail price and Payment methods
The retail price of each item can only be purchased in Japanese Yen. All prices shown do not include relevant VAT or delivery charges and will be added upon checkout.
Additional charges may be placed depending on your credit card company or bank, these charges must be borne by you.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Benrido is not responsible for these charges and can’t predict what they may be. Please contact your customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays in the delivery of your order.
Shipping & Delivery
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express or EMS Japan Post. Tracking information will be provided after the order is processed. Below are the suggested times for delivery for both DHL Express and EMS Japan Post. Please note that they may be subject to changes.
DHL: 3-5 days.
EMS Japan Post: 3-4 weeks
*Shipping charges do not include Customs, Duties and Taxes.
Refunds or exchanges are only accepted due to manufacture defects. To process a request for a refund or exchange please see Article 8. Refunds & Exchanges on our Terms and Conditions for details.
*No Refunds or Exchanges due to customer’s fault: In the case of Returns due to refusal of receipt or long-term absence, Benrido will take the appropriate measures to contact the Buyer via the Buyer’s email address. Should there be no response from the Buyer within one month from when contact was attempted, the order will be cancelled automatically and no refunded due to shipping fees, transfer fees, and other administrative fees associated for returns and exchanges.
